-Customers will receive a full refund with 72 hours notice of cancellation. Failure to cancel with 72 hours notice of charter will result in a $200 charge.
-Customers who book a charter within 72 hours of departure will have 48 hours from time of booking to cancel. Failure to cancel with 48 hours notice of booking will result in a $200 charge.
-Cancellations made within 48 hours of charter and no-shows will be charged for the full cost of the charter.
-Cancellations due to weather are at the discretion of the captain. We can assure you that we are always monitoring the radar and do not want to put anyone in an unsafe situation. Should we need to cancel, we will contact you as early as possible. Unfortunately, with the unpredictability of the weather in Charleston, it will often be a last minute decision. If we cancel, we can try to reschedule. If that is not an option, you will receive a full refund. If you DO NOT hear from us prior to our departure time, you should assume that the charter is still on.
-If the weather becomes unsafe during a charter resulting in a cancellation, the price of the charter will be prorated for the time already expired.
You will need to bring weather appropriate clothing (rain gear/sun protection), food, and drinks. The Captain will provide a cooler with ice and water and everything needed for fishing including licenses.
Tips are not included in the price of the charter. Customers normally tip 15-20% of the total cost of the charter. Tips are very much appreciated!

The boat does not have a restroom. So, if you will be uncomfortable being one with nature you will want to use the restroom before our departure.
